How it all began… āž

Modern life doesn’t give you a gentle runway. It asks you to jump from role to role, work to home to parenting to more work, and then somehow switch off at night like nothing happened.

That was me.

I was doing everything and looking ā€œfineā€ on the outside, but inside, I was braced all day. By evening, my capacity was gone.

And the wild part? I’m a therapist and I specialise in the nervous system. I did the big things - the retreats, therapy, long practices, and they helped… but they didn’t stick in real life.

What I needed was a daily way to come down.

That’s where re:st began: 10–60 second micropausesĀ - tiny cues of safety that compound - so you can come home with more of yourself.
