That was me.
I was doing everything and looking āfineā on the outside, but inside, I was braced all day. By evening, my capacity was gone.
And the wild part? Iām a therapist and I specialise in the nervous system. I did the big things - the retreats, therapy, long practices, and they helped⦠but they didnāt stick in real life.
